Crowne Plaza To Open In Allentown, PA
ATLANTA (Feb. 18, 2004) - InterContinental Hotels Group announced today the opening of a Crowne Plaza Hotel in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The 225-room Crowne Plaza-Allentown, the latest property to join the Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts portfolio, is located in historic downtown Allentown. The newly renovated hotel offers contemporary decor throughout the guestrooms and lobby. The Cellar at 904 features upscale dining serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. With 12,000-sq. ft. of meeting space, the Crowne Plaza-Allentown provides the perfect venue for business meetings and social functions. The hotel's Grand Parliament Room, accommodates up to 900 guests and provides an upscale, formal setting. Guestroom amenities include: voice mail, coffee maker, hair dryer, make-up mirror, data ports and iron and ironing board. The Crowne Plaza-Allentown also offers a 24-hour reception desk, express checkout, fitness center, concierge, turndown service, valet parking, flower shop, complimentary newspaper and complimentary shuttle service to local businesses and nearby attractions.
